Date: Saturday, 6 February 2016
Time: 11:00 — 12:00

In our global economy, employable are those who are competitive and competitive are those who are productive. Is productivity, though, something to be subjectively defined based on best intentions, or is it just a straightforward numeric fraction contributing to the bottomline? In this workshop students will be exposed to up-to-date methodologies and expectations of major international groups/employers and the actual global market in terms of skills and outcome required. Skills 2020, as well as a full case study of an OSCC (Organisational and Structural Cost Centre plan) will be presented and practised. These are tools that will enable each candidate to document and support their employability, from day one and the interview, to their next pay rise and promotion. It is also about an infallible methodology to start-up your innovative business on grounds and procedures that top-notch enterprises based their structures on worldwide.
