FIRST CALL OF SESSIONS AND ABSTRACTS

The Academic University Student Conference is designed to provide a platform to university students to participate by presenting their own work, projects, theses, or through attending lectures and workshops, thus promoting the sharing of work/research, help them to communicate their talent and also to connect with other social circles with which they have a shared interest, promoting the cooperation between the students from different universities and countries. Students are invited to submit a proposed Session or a single presentation. Single presentations will be 20 min long and will be grouped by thematic areas. A Thematic Session shall consist of 3-4 presentations chaired by a student who proposes the thematic Session. Roundtables discussions are also proposed by a student or a group of students inviting other speakers who could be students and professors.
Workshops or Roundtables are expected to be mainly offered by professors or business representatives and addressed to university students.
The official language of the conference is the English language. However, for some thematic areas, sessions in other European languages may be considered, if proposed.

Student to Business Meetings (S2B)

In 2017 the conference will promote a S2B meetings through a PITCH BootCamp where participating and registered companies will be given access to plan meetings and interviews with students for possible internships or employment. This activity will have the character of “Head Hunting”.
